Follow the signs. • 🏗️ The parking building has 4 floors with around 200 parking spaces, ensuring ample availability. • 🚗 Free parking is available with a bluetooth device. Please let us know before your arrival if you need it, so we can prepare it in advance. Please kindly note that the replacement fee for the Bluetooth device is 500 THB if it is lost. • 🅿️ In addition, parking spaces outside the condominium are also available free of charge for tenants. 🛏️ Extra blankets are available upon request and are subject to an additional charge of 500 THB per blanket. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for you and your neighbors, please take note of the following: 1. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of 2,000 THB will be charged for violations. • Smoking is allowed at the designated smoking area at the end of the outdoor corridor on the ground floor. • ⚠️ Important: The use of recreational drugs or cannabis products is strictly forbidden in all areas of the building. Violators may face police intervention and fines of up to 5,000 THB. 2. 🔑 Key Card Usage • Each room is provided with 1 key card. If you would like to have 2 key cards during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can prepare them for you. • Please carry your key card when leaving the room and keep your valuables safe. • Lost key cards will incur a replacement fee of 500 THB per card. 3. 🦟 Insect Prevention • Keep doors and windows closed at night to prevent mosquitoes and moths from entering. •💡Lights attract moths, please be cautious. 4. 🐜 Ant Prevention • After meals, please clean up food residues immediately. • Store unfinished food and drinks in the refrigerator. • If ants appear: 1. Clean the affected area first; 2. Contact us if the problem continues (we can arrange additional cleaning); 3. If insecticide is required, we will seek your approval before use. 5. 🍈 Strong Odor Foods • Please do not consume durian or other strong-odor foods indoors, to avoid disturbing neighbors. 6. 🔇 Noise Control • Avoid loud noises or disturbances. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. 7. 🗑️ Garbage Disposal • Each floor has two garbage rooms near the elevator area. • Please dispose of household waste in the designated garbage rooms to keep the building clean. 8. ⚠️Late Check-Out Charge Check-out time is 12:00 AM sharp. Any check-out after 12:00 AM will incur a fee of 1,000 THB per hour, rounded up to the next hour.
