For less mobile guests, there is step-free access to the property. There is a first-floor balcony to the front of the property, which is accessed from the lockable sliding doors in the open-plan living area. Outdoor furniture is provided along with festoon lights. Please note that the balcony is fully enclosed, however young children must be supervised at all times. There is a designated parking space for each apartment directly to the front of the development which comprises eight apartments in total. Dog Friendly One well-behaved dog is welcome. Dogs must be kept out of the bedrooms and off the sofas. There is an outside hose provided for washing sandy paws before entering the property. Important Information The property sits in a block of four luxury apartments with a further block of four immediately adjacent. The apartment has its own entrance, sits on the first floor and is front-facing overlooking the beach and coastline. It is important to note that there is another property next door. The balconies are separated by large planters and mature shrubs, which provide screening and privacy.
