The 2 assigned floor units are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note ●Street parking. No designated parking space. ●The property is accessible to all modes of transportation. ●No elevator. Has to go up a spiral staircase to get to the unit. ●NO WATER HEATER ●Check-in: 3pm ; Check-out: 11am ●Early check-in & Late check-out fee: P150 for the first 2 hrs. & additional P100 for every succeeding hr. (depending on availability)
