The large dining table will comfortably seat up to 8 allowing for enjoyable dinner parties and/or games nights, and includes a delightful office nook for when work calls. The modern kitchen with bright recessed lighting and granite countertop is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Table and silverware, glasses and mugs for at least eight are provided, as are plentiful pantry items. The charming bedrooms are both furnished with queen beds with extremely comfortable deep mattresses, and remote control ceiling fans, and the completely remodeled bathroom has a large glass enclosed rainfall shower, and attractive vanity. A stacked washer/dryer in the rear hall completes the convenience of this lovely home. Outside, the large front porch with remote control fan, and extensive fully fenced back yard with patio, and charcoal grill afford multiple opportunities for enjoying being outdoors. Guest access This is a corner property with plenty of free on street parking immediately next to the rental. Within easy walking distance of UNCSA, the popular Lesser Known Brewery, and East of Texas restaurant on the corner of Walnut & Broad , and Southside Beer Garden, Coffee Shed, and Acadia Foods for delicious coffee, breakfast, sandwiches and groceries on Acadia Ave, and 7 minutes walk to lovely Washington Park. By car you will be six minutes away to downtown, and two minutes to Old Salem. Uber and Lyft operate in Winston-Salem if you plan a special night out. The locked door in the rear hall gives access to the basement, which is not included in the rental. Other things to note Although there are multiple steps to the front porch, access to this one story home will be via a lockbox adjacent to the back door which has only three or four steps leading up to it. There is an external Ring doorbell by the front door which will record visitors as a security precaution, visually not audibly. Up to two small dogs, under 20lbs, potty trained, non shedding, are allowed for one time $50 + tax pet fee. Please ask. The yard will be mowed and tidied on a regular schedule which may occur during the guest's stay, but will not require any interaction with the guest.
