This home is a newly contemporary residence with a gorgeous infinity pool and a pickleball court. Full time staff with rental. The space The main home boasts two master bedroom suites with ocean views, one upstairs and one downstairs. Two of the other bedrooms also have views. The house has 3 king size beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size bed. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit as well as a large flat screen TV with access to US channels. The main house kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and two sinks, as well as all the dishes, utensils, and cooking implements you may need. There is a full washer and dryer, as well as a commercial ice machine with drinkable ice. An impressive 10’x6′ imported quartz Island can comfortably seat 8 people to fully enjoy the view the tranquil waters of the Sea of Cortez. If you decide to rent the Casita, it is an additional $450/night for up to 2 guests. It has 2 queen beds to sleep a max of 4 guests. The Civic Square is also where the beautiful historical Mission (built in 1759) is located and just steps from the Malecon. The home is located in the Loreto Bay National Marine Park. The 4 pages of the house agreement/rules in the photos will need to be signed by the renter at the time of check in.
