The home has a large rear deck facing the creek, guests can sit on the patio or in the hot tub and enjoy the view. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the creek, deer or wild turkey just a few feet away....truly a nature's paradise. The space The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a vanity area, sleeps 8 people w ease. The home runs on its own well water filtration system, roof solar system for pool, and propane gas so external elements like power outtages dont affect us as much as other homes. We provide fast wifi for those that need to work from remote, take video calls, etc. LIVING ROOM Living room has an open concept which connects to the kitchen and dining room along with a fireplace which is a great place for lrg groups. Its a great place to host get togethers w the fireplace and creek in the background. There are 2 dining room areas, one that sits 4 w views of the creek and another dining table that sits 6 in the living area. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware from baking sheets to pots and pans. We even have kid friendly dishware. Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. We have a Keurig coffee station with complimentary coffee for guests. We have a gas bbq outside for those who would like to grill. 4 BEDROOMS The Master room is gigantic with high ceilings, king bed, private bathroom, separate vanity station, walk-in closet, lrg desk/work area, and a view of the creek with it's own entrance to the deck. The 2nd room also has high ceilings with lrg closet, queen bed, and faces the pool view. The 3rd room is very private, meaning it does not share any walls with the other bedrooms and features a queen bed. Finally, the 4th room features a queen bed with a view of the deck. OUTDOOR AREAS We have a LARGE GRASS YARD adjacent to the property that is maintained year long which is great for the kids or to have a picnic with a view of the creek in the background. FYI, friendly deer tend to visit the yard. The property also has a PRIVATE POOL in case you decide to take a dive. There is a locked gate to the pool area to keep the kids safe. On the rear deck, there is a HOT TUB and an outdoor gas bbq area that overlooks the creek. Next to the creek we have a hammock that makes a great place to read your favorite book or just catch some r&r.
