Welcome! We are located in a neighborhood just 15 minutes from Beaver Stadium and downtown State College. We are minutes away from the Nittany Mall and restaurants. Giant and Walmart are minutes away. This house has plenty of room for families, friends, and pets; it will be the perfect place for your PSU fun! FYI: Airbnb allows couches to be counted as sleeping space. There is space for 12 guests but this includes a sectional couch in the living room. We have bed space for 11 people. The space The main floor has a kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings. There is a half bath in the laundry room down the hall from the kitchen. The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The basement is a great place for fun or to watch the game with a big sectional and tv. There is wifi throughout the house. A deck and a fenced in backyard make it the perfect place for kids, pets, and cook outs. There is parking with space for about four cars and on street parking 24/7 is allowed. Guest access You are welcome to all spaces of the house except the garage, one locked closet in the master bedroom and two locked doors in the basement. We also ask you not to touch the baby items in the closet in bedroom #3. Other things to note This house does have a dog in it when it is not rented and we rent as pet friendly so please consider this if someone in your party has allergies.
