Guest access Guests have access to the Pool, Gym, Tennis/basketball court, bocce ball and horseshoes between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The amentities are closed at other times of the year. The pool card/fob by the door is the way to access the courts, pool and gym. $150 replacement fee if lost Condo HOA rules prohibit any smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside condo property.
