With the perfect private balcony and views of the Village area, you'll be living in paradise! The Village complex is nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. This 3-bedroom condo has just been updated with the finest of furnishings. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa and a private balcony with amazing views of our community's two pools! The kitchen is spacious and provides for all of your needs. The cabinets were recently painted a soft and fresh white, the countertops are granite, all stainless appliances and a mosaic tile backsplash makes you feel like you're at home! The King Master suite has more wonderful views of the pool and large private master bathroom with custom double vanity and a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom hosts a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 custom-made bunk twin beds. The kids will love the fun bunk room with two twin beds. This location is in the H building and guests will have 100% access to the unit, and the private balcony the unit has overlooking the resort's pool area. Via email, messages and your guest portal. This location is simply the best and there are several restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping. Walk to Rosemary Beach and bike to Alys Beach! The free shuttle takes you right to the beach and if your not at the beach, you will want to spend time at the Villages Towne Center with open huts and grass covered common space. The tram to the beach runs from March 1st to October 31st. During season, there is live music playing every night, a beautiful open fire pit and even a quaint little pub that serves beer and wine. During the day, this is a perfect spot for a picnic lunch! Parking lot is downstairs from the unit. We have over 200 outside parking spaces for the complex Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). This is a monitored, private access where guests 13 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Per noise restrictions, wheeled coolers and wagons are permitted, but they must be carried down the pedestrian pathway which leads to the beach through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A. Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vida. To rent this gear please see the attendant at the base of the stairs for the beach access. During busy summer months, its best to rent your chairs and umbrellas in advance from the web site. Amenity Wristbands: In the condo in the kitchen area, you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $10 for each missing wristband). Closest Public Beach Access: Should you choose to go to the public beach access where lifeguards are on duty in the high season from 9am - 5pm CST, head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign the road will T, turn right or left to park. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area; this beach is also monitored by lifeguards in the high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are located near the public beach access, as well. The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests age 13 and over to gain access to this area. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Tram Info: Free beach tram is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March 1st– October 31st from 9am CST through 6pm CST. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. PLEASE NOTE: The tram does not operate during inclement weather. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach.
