This unique vacation home for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults) and dog is located in the small village of Upleward in the beautiful Krummhörn. This unique vacation home from 1930 for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults) and dog is located in the small village of Upleward in the beautiful Krummhörn. Upon entering the house, you will immediately feel the historical charm of this house through the wooden beam ceiling and the great wooden floorboards. The living room has three cozy sofas overlooking the large TV and pellet stove, which provides pleasant warmth in winter. In the dining room with extendable dining table there is a second TV, as well as a spatially separated desk and an extendable sofa bed for 1-2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. On the ground floor there are also both bathrooms: one bathroom has a toilet, sink, hairdryer, shower, bathtub and bio sauna, in the second bathroom you will find a sink, shower, urinal and the washer-dryer. The house also has many other practical things for the vacation, such as a shoe cleaning machine. A steep staircase leads to the upper floor with the two bedrooms and a guest toilet (cold water only). One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and children's toys. There is also a changing table in this room. A stair gate as protection for children is also provided. The large garden with attractive garden lighting is ideal for dogs and children to romp and play. There is also a sandbox for the children. The existing terrace is furnished, a swivel grill and a fire basket are also provided. Bicycles can be safely stored in the storage house, where three bicycles are also available free of charge (without warranty and liability on our part). Two parking spaces belong to the house. Free Wi-Fi is available (we do not guarantee unlimited availability and sufficient speed). Dogs are also welcome upon previous registration! Smoking is not allowed in the house. In Upleward you will find the dry beach with a large playground right on the dike, and extensive walks are also possible here. This place is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed change day. The picturesque Greetsiel is only about 13 km away, where you can explore and marvel at the numerous sights (e.g. cutter harbor, twin mills). But also in the other direction you can reach Emden with its numerous excursion and shopping opportunities relatively quickly. In front of Emden is the Knock on the Ems, where you will also find a large dog beach for long walks with your four-legged friend.
