The space We are located in the Warda area of Fayette county, about 15 minutes north of La Grange. This one-level, 750 sf barndo was completed in 2023. *Open and spacious. *Brand new queen size Caspar mattress and pillows. *The sofa makes out into a super-comfortable queen sized bed. *Fully equipped kitchen and Weber outdoor grill. *From the rocking chairs on the front porch, you'll have views of the woods, and there are easy walking trails. *There is a washer and dryer next door in the barn for guests to use. *This is a rural property, but we have fiber (!), so bandwidth is adequate and reliable. *Covered parking right outside the barndo. *Bird watching is great out here. If you like to do that, bring your bins! Guest access Owners’ home is "around the corner,” but the space is designed for privacy. You'll receive a code for the front gate and the front door so you can come and go as you please.
