This beautiful home is located on the corner lot connect to a park that is pet-friendly. The home is 2700 plus square ft with 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms located upstairs with 4 large bathrooms. The half bath is on the first level. There is a loft on the 2 levels with a 65" TV and a large sectional with 3 recliners. Perfect for the kids to entertain themselves while the adults can enjoy their time on the 1st levels with a very comfy couch and a 65" TV or can also seat. Check out their happy hour specials. A walk across the street. A sushi restaurant is across the street from our home and a walk down the block is a convenience store. Only 1.2 miles is all kinds of stores, shopping, restaurants, and bars. You can park 2 cars on our drive way but there’s lots of parking on the street.
