The renovation works will take place from 13 September 2025 to the end of June 2026, period during which the residence will not be available for rental. Thanks to its comfortable apartments located in a quiet and preserved environment, you can rest and discover the region with the visits and activities offered on site or nearby: walking or cycling, sailing, horse riding, golf.... This former beach-bath establishment, of character, offers accommodation with and without balcony. To top it all, the residence gives direct access to the beach. We take a private gate to the residence Saint Goustan that overlooks the sand and the sea. Come and see... The residence is built to the sea. Board games are available on loan at Maeva Home.
