LONG STAYERS You can use couriers to deliver so you can get almost anything from Shopee Lazada even Amazon. We use an LPG hot water system for reliable hot showers, as on grid electrical supply can be unpredictable especially after storms, and all lights and fans run on solar backup batteries. The building and private access road has night lighting and security cameras and a few of our dogs will check you occasionally. We have seasonal own grown cranberry, lemon, lime, jackfruit, Brazilian pawpaw (soursop,) custard apple, avocado and vegetables such as tomato, squash and sweet potatoes . We grow and can supply coconuts, you can have the pure fresh juice, the inside soft meats too, and of course bananas. Pets allowed and we supply a free gardener weekly to trim the trees and garden, and to bring you fresh coconuts and can recommend a housekeeper laundry person if you like. While not included in your private space, the storage area under contains some 3000 plus books you may rotate borrow. Unlimited Internet is included and the SMART company SIM phone signal we recommend for your personal phone as the signal from the rival Globe company fluctuates more.
