Our newly remodeled 2 bed 1 bath mother in law suite can be purchased in addition to your reservation to accomodate more guests if needed. Please ask! Our property is located within walking distance of bars, restaurants, water sport rentals & the famous, Tom's Donuts! We're excited to have you & hope you enjoy everything Lake James has to offer! The space Our home is a spacious 5 bedroom that will sleep 10 people comfortably, 12 if you want to get cozy. Vacationers come to Lake James to be outside and our outdoor areas are second to none in the area. Whether you want to fish on the pier, sit by the fire, play frisbee in the grass or grill on the deck. We have AMPLE amount of outdoor space to go along with the capability of housing your large group in doors! BATHROOMS Our first level has a half bath next to the laundry and a full bath near the living room. Upstairs we also have a large full bath to accommodate the three upstairs bedrooms. KITCHEN Our kitchen is a very simple do it all area with a coffee bar and bar stools. Help cook dinner and still be connected with those in the living room in our open floor plan space. LIVING ROOM Need to take a nap from your busy day outside? Our sectional sofa and love seat offer a great place to kick back and watch the game on a 55 inch TV equipped with Amazon Firestick for all your streaming needs. Off the living room to the right youll find a 6 person dining table that can be used for dinner or your morning zoom meeting! Wifi is included and as fast as you need it to be. Have a cup of coffee, answer emails, or have a family dinner. Its all at your fingertips. BEDROOM 1 (1st Floor) This bedroom is located on the main floor behind the kitchen and past the laundry room. A nice quiet corner bedroom with a comfortable queen! BEDROOM 2 (1st Floor) Connected to the living room is our bedroom #2 inside the sliding door. This can be used as a game room equipped with a Playstation 4 or can be used as a double sleeper bed which extends to service two areas! BEDROOM 3 (2nd Floor) This bedroom offers a quiet second level full bed. BEDROOM 4 (2nd Floor) Bedroom 4 is a queen room with a beautiful view of the lake! BEDROOM 5 (2nd Floor) The master suite has a King Bed and plenty of room for an air matress if needed! OUTSIDE Enjoying the water is the most important part of Lake James. We made sure to make these areas for you. You have 1 dock spot on the pier for bringing your own boat or if you decide to rent from down the street. Our fire pit and chair area is perfect for your relaxation at dusk. The green grass is abundant! Play cornhole or frisbee or whatever outdoor games you enjoy. Lastly our deck is our favorite part. Equipped with a two grilling areas you can be king of the castle with your epic meal times! PARKING While parking can be tough on lakes, we have AMPLE space for your cars, trailers and other toys. We are one of very few properties who have multiple areas to park, and we extend this to our guests Add on option - Mother In Law suite We know you may have more guests than what our limits can hold. If this is your instance, please reach out about adding on our 2 bed 1 bath Mother in Law suite which is an additional 600 square feet of living area with full bath, full kitchen, a room with a queen as well as a room with a bunk bed with two double maitresses. This can ONLY be added in addition to your existing reservation. We do not rent this area seperately. Guest access Guests have access to all areas in our house except for our cleaning/storage closet. Outside of the house will be a locked shed that we use to store our items to furnish and supply the next rental. We ask that this area please be left locked to help us assist others like we have for you! Access to our Mother in Law suite is not included in the base rental for our home as it is seperate from the main house. This can be added in addition to your stay for more room. Please reach out if interested! Other things to note Must be 25 years old or older to book. We can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. 12 guests is our maximum. All guests must agree to our house rules prior to booking. Please take time to review them in advance and let us know if you have any questions that you would like to discuss before your arrival. Lake James Paradise Point is not for parties or events. Guests are limited to the people listed in the reservation, unless separate arrangements are made to make sure your plans align with acceptable use. Out of respect for the residential community and our neighbors, this is not intended to be a party house.
