Sit out on the deck up high or enjoy waters edge dock to soak up the sun. Cozy two bedroom cottage. Dressers in each bedroom for clothes and personal items. Open floor plan includes kitchen and family room. Brand new pullout out couch with added mattress pad for comfort. Enjoy breakfast at the dining room table waterfront or snacks at the high top bar table in the kitchen area. High top table outside on deck. Extra folding table provided (stored next to couch) for extra dining space. Relax in the two reclining chairs while staring out onto the lake ! Guests will access the cottage off the main paved road via gravel single lane private road. Private road is 10 mph and is approximately 1/2 mile from main road. Road does have a steep hill to pass prior to approaching the cottage. Guests will have sole access to the property. There is no adjacent land to explore as it is all privately owned land and cottage owners. Nearby the area includes several land trusts and areas to explore ! Ask the host for some suggestions if new to the area. Host is always available by phone and will assist promptly. Cottage is a self-check in equipped with a lock-box for key. Code will be provided with check-in instructions. Single lane gravel road meanders from the main road to cottage. Cottage is second to last cottage on the gravel road following a steep hill approach. Cottage sits up high above waters edge. Please note, guests are responsible to provide their own sheets and towels for their stay. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided for each bed, including pull out. Cottage is stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Fresh laundered bath mats provided as well. Cottage is sourced with lake water, but there is a water dispenser and (2) 5 gallons jugs of water provided for each stay. Host provides propane for gas grill. Please bring your own firewood for outdoor fires!
