Read the entire listing carefully ;-) The space The smallest stone house in the ancient Friulian village of Runcis. Completely renovated in 2022, it has small but comfortable rooms. On the ground floor, there is a living area (microwave, induction plate, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) with a pellet stove and a bathroom with a shower and bidet (hair dryer, straightener, towels and shower sheets made of 650 g/m² cotton). On the second floor, a double bedroom with exposed beams and programmable air conditioning/heating. Bed equipped with a programmable electric blanket in winter. The room is accessed via a small internal staircase or via the large staircase on the external balcony. Parking is a minute walk from the pedestrian village. Tea, coffee, oil, salt, and vinegar are available. Set of two towels plus a large bath towel (650 g/m² cotton) for each guest. We try to pamper the guest with a bottle of local wine.
