On the property, there are several beautiful places to settle down, including a suspension bridge with a nest 8 m up (enter at your own risk) and a hammock under the apple tree. Trampoline (no safety net), 2 yoga mats and 2 rickety bikes for loan. 700 meters to the sea and 10 km to the ferry and ICA. The space The cottage is 50 sqm with a living room (including kitchen), 2 separate bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 cm) with new comfortable mattresses. Bedroom 2 has a pull-out bed with comfortable mattresses (80 cm) for 2 and a small desk. A kitchen in the living room with electric stove and oven. Running hot and cold water from own well. Bathroom with shower and water-flushing toilet. Guest access You have access to the whole cottage and the plot, but not the guest house. Trampoline (without safety net), 2 yoga mats and 2 rickety bicycles for loan. There are 3 swimming areas nearby (700 meters, 1 kilometer and 2 kilometers). Smaller soccer goals and parking. Other things to note Free ferry from Öregrund to Gräsö. Usually runs every 15 minutes during the day in summer, otherwise every 30 minutes. Well-stocked Ica on Gräsö and a variety of flea markets and excursions.
