Relax with your family in this peaceful accommodation, as we are located on the edge of the Karst village of Nova vas, in an idyllic environment and unspoiled nature. We are surrounded by beautiful flowering oleanders. The space On the first floor of the house, we offer an apartment with a terrace, kitchen with dining room, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. At the entrance to the apartment there is a large enclosed terrace with a comfortable seating area and a beautiful view of nature. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and utensils, has a fridge-freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic cooker and electric oven. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a TV. In the colder months, there is the possibility of heating with a fireplace. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a cot. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with bedside tables, a single bed with a bedside table and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is air-conditioned and covered with Wi-Fi. Mosquito nets are installed on the windows and doors. Guest access In the courtyard of the apartment, a summer kitchen with all the equipment, a grill, a prefabricated pool and an outdoor shower are available during the summer months. The courtyard is surrounded by plenty of shade and a peaceful environment. We offer a covered parking space. Other things to note Pets are allowed by arrangement, at an additional cost. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Tourist tax is paid on-site in cash.
