Located about ten to fifteen minutes from the Airport, with many convenient options nearby, such as drugstores, groceries and City buses. The historic downtown is less than ten minutes driving distance, there you can then visit the Museums, the Church where civil rights leader MLK preached and much more. Please be mindful to list the correct number of persons, that will be checking-in when booking your trip. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 3/4 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, with one bedroom featuring an additional twin size bed, ideal for a child or small person. 1 bathroom is complete with sink, toilet and tub with shower. The other bathroom has sink, toilet and shower with no tub. There is a fully functional kitchen except for no dishwashing machine. There's an open space that features the living room, a workspace and additional space that can be used for, sharing drinks, a cake or small gathering that can also be extended through the rear door and unto the back porch. The dining room is all set and ready for use, with 6 chairs and an oval dining table, located closer to the kitchen. Guest access As your host, I would like to ensure the appropriate comfort during your stay. Depending on your reservation, you will be given a choice of using one or more bedroom(s). Other things to note Please take notice that you will have the entire house to yourself. However, be sure to correctly book the correct number of persons you will be checking-in with or will be having to stay with you. Also, I wish for you to know that I do stay at the house sometimes, and often keep few items in the refrigerator for my own personal use. I'll try my best to be considerate with how much space I take up and, hope you can be reasonably respectful with how you handle these items that you meet there. I'll often leave small bottles of water in the refrigerator for guests use, along with condiments that you can feel free to partake as you wish.
