Pike House — Large Home-Private Yard

Cozy family friendly home, with large private backyard. Two family rooms provides extra room. One large bathroom with tub\shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one with full bed. Living area with queen sofa bed. Pack N Play and toddler cot provided. Large private, wooded backyard, patio provides additional area to relax and unwind. Our rental would be great or families/groups coming for weddings, funerals, reunions, holidays, in town for work etc. The space 3 Bed and 1 sofa bed, 1 Bath---( 2 queen beds, 1 full and 1 queen pull out sofa bed in living area) Able to accommodate 8 guests maximum, 6-7 guests more comfortably. There is an outlet with USB and on each nightstand for phone charging. We have had a lot of guests staying for events such as weddings therefore we have a mirror with a nearby outlet in each bedroom and an area to rest hair dryer, and other supplies needed to get ready. Iron, Ironing Board and clothes steamer provided in laundry area. Shower has a removable hand held attachment for easier bathing. For guests with children there is a play kitchen, small table for coloring activities, and a few games. Pack N Play and toddler cot for sleeping. Large lighted backyard for outdoor entertainment with plenty of seating. There is no smoking in the house but is allowed outside, preferably the backyard. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Garage access is not available unless arrangements have been made. Other things to note Due to potential inclement weather and time set aside for home updates, during the months of January and February reservations are taken by request only. Please reach out if looking to stay during this time. Discount given for longer stays. (Inquire for details.) For people with disabilities, the property does have a few steps to enter, as well to bedrooms and bath. Fireplace is currently non working. No garage access unless other arrangements have been made.
