Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted in the driveway. No garage access is provided. Charcoal grill available (charcoal not included). No parties, events, pets, smoking, or unauthorized guests permitted. Quiet hours and HOA rules are strictly enforced. Guests will have full private access to the home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and the outdoor pool and spa area.
