The space What you’ll love: • Washer & Dryer • 10'×33' Screened Lanai with 2 ceiling fans • Fully Equipped Kitchen - dual air fryer, blender, hand mixer & toaster • Coffee Bar - Kcups, Sweeteners & Flavored Syrups • Hair Dryer, Iron & Full Length Mirror —Exterior cameras are for lawn & maintenance monitoring ONLY **BOTH backyard cameras may be shut OFF manually during your stay for your privacy** Guest access • One closet in the main hallway is locked for cleaner use • 2 parking spaces are available in the driveway (the garage is not available for parking) Other things to note —NO smoking is allowed inside the home or within 15 feet of any open exterior door or open window. $500 fine. 🦎 And about Florida's wild side: While the home is treated regularly by pest control and cleaned with care, the occasional bug, spider, or tiny lizard may find its way indoors-just part of life in the subtropics. We don't offer refunds for these native visitors, but if anything seems out of the ordinary, we'll happily send our pest control team promptly.
