This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this is the perfect destination for you. 10 min. from Ford Amphitheater, 5 min. from Hearth House, 15 min. from Renaissance Fair, 10 min. from Air Force Academy, 20 min. from Garden of the Gods. The space Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV, table with 2 chairs and a kitchenette and Bedroom #2 has a queen pull-out sofa, coffee table, bunk bed (2 twins) and a TV. There is a private entrance and parking for one or two (small) cars. Additional parking is available on the street. The space is two bedrooms - no additional family/rec room or kitchen. There are two walk-in closets, 2 full bathrooms with showers in each and a table with 3 chairs (no bathtubs.) Property is adjacent to Lake Woodmoor which has no public access. No fishing, boating or swimming is permitted. But it’s sure pretty to look at! We live in the upstairs of this beautiful custom home built in 2020. The Mountain Reflections Suite is completely shut off from our house. Guest access Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other things to note Located 10 min. from Ford Amphitheater, 10 min. from the Air Force Academy, 10 min. from Colorado Springs, 20 min. from Garden of the Gods, 15 minutes from Renaissance Festival, 20 min. from Castle Rock, 30 minutes from Denver. The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is 30 min. away, River Rafting is 1.5 hours away and skiing is 1 hour 40 min. away. Hiking/biking trails, brew pub, coffee shop and other restaurants are close by. There is a sledding hill nearby and you can use our sled! Please be advised: no pets, no parties, no smoking or vaping anywhere inside or outside, quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no more than 6 guests.
