A dream vacation in the beautiful sea of Puglia. The house is located in front of the sea, in a quiet location in the upper Salento whose coast alternates stretches of low cliffs with free golden sand beaches. A few kilometers away are the marinas of Torre Ovo, Porto Cesareo, Torre Colimena, Torre Lapillo; cities such as Matera; Taranto; Lecce with its baroque; Ostuni, a white city; Grottaglie, a city of ceramics; Oria, a medieval village; Martina Franca and the Itria Valley; Alberobello. The space The house has a living area of 67 square meters. The house is accessed from a small, uncovered, fenced front patio with a gate; in this space there is a table with chairs, two armchairs with a small table, two deck chairs, and an umbrella. The patio leads to a large living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV on the wall. The living area is lit by the patio and a window overlooking a side street. Through a corridor you reach the double bedroom, illuminated by a large window, the kitchen-dining room that is equipped with a French window and the bathroom that overlooks the side street. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, electric oven, coffee maker and sink. The bathroom, with shower stall, is equipped with toilet facilities with the exception of a bidet; the washing machine is located in it; there is a hairdryer. An air conditioner is located in the hallway. At the back of the house there is a small open space with an outdoor shower, an additional refrigerator and a clothesline. The house is equipped with linen for the kitchen, bathroom and bed. Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available for guests to use.
