The space The vintage-style apartment – a journey back in time This lovingly furnished apartment in a vintage style offers plenty of space to relax over a generous 150 m². Each room has been designed with a lot of Love and attention to details. It was very important to me to preserve the charm of times gone by and to make it tangible for my guests. A stay here is like a little journey through time – warm, nostalgic and full of special details. ☀️ Please note before booking So that you know exactly what to expect, I would like to point out a few special features of the apartment: The apartment does not have airconditioning. The second bedroom is located in the attic and can therefore heat up more on warm summer days. Fans are available for more comfortable nights. As well as a steep staircase leading upstairs. In the second bedroom in the attic, there is also no way of blocking out the light, so it can get bright there early in the morning. The flat is located on a street, which means that traffic noise – especially from passing cars – cannot be completely avoided. Anyone who sleeps with the window open and is very sensitive to noise should take this into account when booking. These special features are part of an apartment with this character and in this location. It is important to me to communicate openly with you so that you can enjoy your stay from the start and the apartment meets your personal expectations. (Attic floor) Other things to note Centrally located with good connections The apartment is conveniently located in the Hückelhoven-Ratheim district. The nearest bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. Thanks to the proximity to the B221 federal highway and the A46 highway, surrounding cities such as Roermond, Mönchengladbach, Aachen, Heinsberg and the center of Hückelhoven can be reached quickly and easily. Ideal for those who want to live quietly and still be well connected!
