Umpqua river front house promises relaxation

Peaceful home situated on Umpqua river. Spacious outdoor patio for dining out on the deck, lounging and relaxing while overlooking the river. Grass field for all your favorite games and family activities. River access- perfect for kayaking & fishing This has been an operating vacation rental since 2011 listed through a different booking site that we are no longer with. We are new to Airbnb, but not new to hosting guests! The space Guests have access to the house & property. There is a unattached garage, however that is not included, Also not included, there being a RV side on the south end of property which is separate from this listing. Guest access Please park in front of the house garage. Other things to note Please note that this house in on a septic system. Nothing other than toilet paper is accepted to flush. Please dispose any other products in the waste bin. Also, this septic & well is very functioning however, max amount of people is 8 persons. Please be mindful when using water if at max capacity. If overused you will run out & there will be a fee at the guests expense to have filled. Also, this property is out of cell range, many guests have mentioned how relaxing it was to get away from the day to day stresses. However, the house does have WiFi & a landline phone!
