The space Holiday house "Holiday Place Veli dvor Punat" is a renovated stone house in the old town. It is 200 m from the coast, 150 m from the center of Punat, 700 m from Marina Punat. It is a 3-minute walk to the city center, 10 minutes to the beaches, and a shop is 300 m away. The holiday house is located in the historic center of Punat in the pedestrian zone and direct access by car is not possible. Free parking for one vehicle is possible, 300m away, by agreement. Guests can bring their luggage with a trolley from the car to the house. For a possible second vehicle, there are also free public parking spaces above the house, approx. 500m away. The house has a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The house is fully equipped, offering two air conditioners, ceiling fans, washing machine, the kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and glass ceramic hob. In the living room there is a large sofa for socializing, an electric fireplace, a large smart TV - 140 cm and unlimited internet. There are three bedrooms on the floors, two on the second and one on the third floor. There are two large double beds in two bedrooms, and two separate beds in one. Each bedroom has a two-part wardrobe, two bedside tables with night lamps and a chair. For families with small children, we have provided a new cot with a changing table and a high chair for feeding. The stay for a child up to two years old when using a baby cot is free. The bathroom is equipped with a new massage shower with sound system. The second bathroom on the second floor is also equipped with a shower cabin. There is a coffee table with chairs in the hallway on the first floor. We also installed new aluminum shutters with light regulation. A pleasant private lockable garden for guests only offers relaxation on the garden seating set in the shade under the old vines, and a stone fireplace for grilling. Guest access The entire house and private garden are exclusively available to guests. The accommodation thus allows complete privacy both in the house and in the garden, which also offers a stone fireplace for preparing food from the grill and a seating area for resting, as well as for a pleasant breakfast, lunch or dinner in the shade of the vines.
