The space DAINTY House is a small house located in the heart of Ovar, (prepared by GRUPO Telmo Moreira), surrounded by some gardens with history in Ovar, spreading out between the seaside and the Ria, its Praça da República is more or less 4,600 meters from the sea coast and, in relation to that lagoon, 2 km from the pier of Ribeira and 2,650 meters from the pier of Carregal. The proximity of the sea and the Ria de Aveiro, offers its visitors beautiful views worthy of a photographic report for future memory. City recognized for its strong Carnival, carefully given several months in advance by the revelers of the land. Architecturally wonderful, considered the city of the tile museum, where the Municipal Chamber, in partnership with the residents, has restored the protected tile facades, dignifying the historic tile load in the region.
