State-of-the-art newly built mountain cabin with everything you want Fjällstuga on Hovärksfjället with magnificent views. The cabin is built in 2021 and is approximately 120 sqm . The cabin offers a stylish and pleasant feeling in Nordic design. With two floors and 8 beds in four bedrooms, it's suitable for both one or two families. Located with direct proximity to Lofsdalen ski slopes This house is perfect for winter and summer holidays in the mountains. The space The cottage is 120 sqm large with two floors and lovely panoramic windows up to the ridge that offers a magnificent view of Lofsdalen. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna and a large hall adapted for the skiing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and everything needed for cooking. Living room IN open plan with the kitchen there is a living area with a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV. On the upper floor, there is a living room with a smaller sofa and TV with possibilities to connect video games. Bedroom In the cottage there are 4 bedrooms, two on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. All with proximity to the toilet on their respective floor. • Bedroom 1 (lower level): Master bedroom with double bed, 180cm. • Bedroom 2 (lower level): Location-built family bed with a 90 bed and a 140 bed. • Bedroom 3 (top floor): 1 double-bed, 160 cm. • Bedroom 4 (upper floor): Two single beds, 90 cm. Bathroom and outdoor spa In the cabin there are 2 bathrooms. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and sauna. From the bathroom you come directly out on the terrace and the wood-fired hot tub. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with toilet and a washbasin. The hall hall on the lower level is spacious and adapted for an active holiday with benches and hooks for many to get in and out at the same time. In the hallway there are also drying cabinets. Skiing, snowmobiling, and summer activities The cottage is located next to Lofsdalen ski slope. For spirited young people and skiing adults, you can get to and from the slopes on skis. However, it means a little stacking and forest skiing a bit. However, we take ourselves to and from the hill with our 12 year old, our youngest (7 years) thinks it's too hard and what we're not saying it's ski-in/ski out. You can also take a walk of about 8 minutes that starts up the hill at the bottom of the street and then along Laxvägen to Grillkåtan where the ski trail takes you directly to the slope. It is important to know that the way to the slope is dependent on snow and that the “Toppenliften” goes (this lift is switched off if there is too much wind/storm at the top). So in case of a snow shortage, the car is recommended The longitudinal tracks are close by Hovärken's track centre. And hiking trails and MTB trails are available all around the house. Other information The cottage is warm and nice with underfloor heating on the entire downstairs. Wi-Fi and charging post for electric cars are available at the house at an additional cost. On the front of the house there is a large deck facing south with BBQ and hot tub that can be used all year round. Any smoking in the house is strictly forbidden. Animals are not welcome.
