The Bear Essentials is a spacious place for a couple to experience Ruidoso from a centrally located peaceful neighborhood. Convenient to walking trails, golf course, shopping and restaurants. You'll see wildlife throughout the Village as well as this neighborhood! The space Quaint bedroom space with a front porch with chairs and a bbq grill, your own bath with oversized towels, guest soaps and toiletries, Keurig coffees, teas, snacks, bottled water, microwave for popcorn or breakfast pastries! Guest access There is a dedicated space right in front of your staycation for your vehicle. The front patio has comfy chairs for having a glass of wine in the evening while watching stars, and perfect for the chilly morning to have a cup of coffee! There is a heavy "bear-proof" iron door that can be locked from the inside, should you want to sleep with the mountain air coming in to help you rest well. This quiet neighborhood will surely entice you to stay up late!
