Welcome to our pet-friendly oasis with no hidden cleaning fees (exception for pet fee)! Nestled in a setting with stunning golf course views, our fully furnished condo is a delightful stay just minutes away from top-ranked beaches. Centrally located, provides easy access to all the attractions of southeastern NC's coast – from sandy shores to world-class golf courses and delectable dining spots. As a local family, we're dedicated to ensuring you have a great experience in a coastal retreat!! The space We've designed our property to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, but we understand that families sometimes include younger members. That's why we provide a pack-n-play and 2 air mattresses for your convenience, ensuring everyone can rest easy. $20 per night per person charge for bookings of up to 8 guests. Please note, there's a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet per stay due at time of booking. If external security cameras identify pet on property without being registered at time of booking guest will be charged $250. While we love furry friends, we kindly ask that pets refrain from lounging on the furniture to maintain cleanliness. Any accidents will be documented, and additional cleaning fees may apply. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, pets must remain leashed outside, and any damages caused by them will incur repair costs. Rest assured, your security is a priority. Visible security cameras are placed outside the front and back entries to monitor the property and ensure compliance with house and HOA rules. To rent our property, guests must be at least 25 years old. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and unwind with our Smart TV in the living room equipped with Roku. Feel free to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+ accounts. Just remember to log out before checking out. Guests have access to the entire unit, as well as two community pools, a tennis court, and several on property ponds. We hope you have a fantastic stay with us. Pool areas are locked, by law for safety, and are accessed with an electronic fob. The fob is attached to a lanyard located on a hook at the kitchen. Loss or damage of the fob will result in a $250 replacement charge. Please keep it with you when you move to and from the pool. Following all posted pool rules will ensure safety for all. Other things to note The Sunset Village HOA rules and regulations are located in the property on the refrigerator. We ask for you to please familiarize yourself with them. Any charges or fees accessed to the property owners due to renter noncompliance will be charged via Airbnb to the renter. By NC law, no more than 8 people are allowed to occupy the condominium overnight.
