Guest access The STUDIO offers an additional private fully self-contained apartment that can increase total guest capacity for Panorama Retreat for reservations from 6 to 8 guests or upon advance request. The Studio is perfect for friends, couples, or other family members with an elevated king-sized bunk bed. It has a private ground-floor courtyard and access, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living area with TV. (refer to plan) The Mornington Panorama Retreat accommodates from 1 up to 6 guests It does not include the studio apartment unless it is specifically requested at the time of booking or there are 7 or more guests booked. The main entry to Panorama Retreat is via a flight of stairs to the first floor. There is a private rear garden, a fire pit, a courtyard, and a secure 2-car garage on the ground floor with additional parking for up to 6 cars.
