Closed from October 25, 2026 to April 30, 2027 inclusive The space The house includes an open space with a furnished living room, sofa and 40" TV, a kitchen with a large table, stove, refrigerator and freezer, classic oven and microwave/grill, coffee maker, kettle, blender, extractor and other necessary equipment. The house has three carefully furnished bedrooms, two of the rooms are equipped with a double bed, while the third offers two comfortable single beds, ideal to meet every need. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a television, and a complete set of towels for each guest, including a face towel, a bidet towel, and a shower towel. In addition, the villa is equipped with tables, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a beach umbrella, and a clothesline. Pool beds and towels are also provided to all guests. Welcome Kit To welcome you in the best possible way, upon arrival you will find a small welcome kit consisting of 1 bottle of water for each guest, milk, biscuits, mini single-dose jams, biscuits, coffee capsules, tea and herbal teas, as well as an initial supply of toilet paper, tissues and plastic cups.
