"La Ferme de Lou"

"La Ferme de Lou", farmhouse apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Wake up to the gentle sound of my donkey and meet my ponies, goats... Romantic getaway, family vacation or with friends, everything comes together to make these moments enjoyable! The space This 65 m² apartment is very well-equipped. Guests will enjoy the kitchen and breakfast area with Tassimo coffee machine, tea, madeleines and other treats; Wi-Fi; an HD TV with Netflix, Prime and Molotov subscription; as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom is closed and spacious. The mezzanine, also spacious, opens to the living room. These two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160/200) are very comfortable. The last bed is the 140/200 sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided. During your stay, I'll be happy to introduce you to my lovely animals. For security reasons, the meadow is not accessible without me, but just set a time that suits everyone. 😊 Remember to bring a pair of boots, especially for children! Guest access The accommodation is located on the first floor of our farm. An independent entrance makes access easy and completely autonomous thanks to a key box. A small outdoor area reserved for guests has 3 parking spaces, 2 picnic tables and a children's play area. Although this outdoor area is not direct, it is very nice for barbecue evenings and reading breaks in the loungers. (barbecue and loungers available in the shed). The windows overlook our yard, you can see our different animals during the day. 😁 Other things to note Small pets are allowed in the apartment but they won't have access to the floor or the sofa. Don't forget to mention your companion when booking, a supplement of €5 will be added corresponding to insurance and additional cleaning costs.
