Welcome to Parenthèse Enchantée, a hotel residence in Sevrier, less than a 10-minute walk to Les Choseaux Beach and about a 5-minute drive to the Municipal Beach. From all our apartments, you will have a glimpse/view of Lake Annecy. Beautiful free services available: spa (jacuzzi), sauna, green spaces with outdoor games (ping-pong, trampoline, swing), sunbathing, games room (PS5, foosball, board games), fitness equipment, Nespresso coffee. The space Close to Lake Annecy and upstairs from our residence, find yourself in this 75 m² Royal Suite. In the beautiful living room, you will have access to: a dining area, air conditioning, a 65-inch 4K QLED TV with "Canal + Ultime" access and its sofas. You will have an equipped kitchen: induction stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (ground coffee provided), kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, fryer, fondue machine, raclette-grill-crêpe maker, etc. You will have access to a private bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer and separate toilet. Three bedrooms are at your disposal, one bedroom with a 200 x 200 double bed and the other two with a 200 x 200 double bed and a 90 x 190 single bed. You will enjoy your large 38 m² terrace overlooking Lake Annecy and these Mountains! We don't offer breakfast, but we have a grocery store (Lidl) across the street and a bakery a 5-minute walk away. INFO: The Spas (Jacuzzis) and the Sauna are shared, accessible to all our guests by reserving a slot on the day of arrival.
