Living Room has a New Leather Sofa Sleeper with a new Queen Mattress, Two New Swivel chairs and New 70 Inch Flat Screen TV. All New Bar Stools, Dinning Table, Furniture, New Platinum Samsung Stacked Washer-Dryer and New Stainless Steel LG Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. Guest access You will be able to comfortably enjoy the resort's amenities which include a lounge, fitness center, grilling area, Gulf-front heated pool, hot tub, and private beach access. Your rental comes fully equipped and rental ready with bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, common kitchen appliances and more. As a courtesy, a few ** trial size** items such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2- laundry pods and 2 - dish detergent pods will be left in the unit for use along with a limited amount of paper goods (1- roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms and 1- roll of paper towels for the kitchen). ***It is strongly recommended you purchase additional supplies at one of our local merchants for the remainder of your stay.*** We have provided Four Beach Chairs and One Beach Umbrella for you. These items can be found inside the Condo. You will need to bring your own Beach Towels for these are not provided. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We only rent to 25 and older. Per our HOA you must be 25 years of age or older to rent a condo in this building. Guests at this resort are required by the HOA to register their vehicles with Palazzo Guest Services to avoid being towed. There is a $40 charge PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles) for parking registration which is paid to the resort and is NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING PRICE.
