The Beachside Townhouse

Our townhouse is a short 5 minute walk to the beach in the beachside community of Jamestown. Indian Harbour Beach is great for outdoor activities. The space We are just a short 5 minute walk to the beach in the quiet Jamestown community, across A1A to the beach. Indian Harbour Beach is a small town great for surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling or just relaxing. There many parks on the beachside as well as on the Banana River and nearby access to Merritt Island. The Jamestown community has a beautiful heated pool and laundry facility. We recently renovated the entire townhouse including modern appliances. You can enjoy listening to the waves from the outside fenced in patio after a long day at the beach. First bedroom contains a queen sized bed, second bedroom contains a daybed with a trundle as well a bunk bed with full and twin sized mattresses. Plenty of room for the family. Both bedrooms have large closets with ample storage space. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Iron and Ironing board available as well as plenty of linens. Wifi, cable and utilities are included. We are close to Patrick Air Force Base, Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, world famous Cocoa Beach and historic Ron Jon Surf Shop, 1 hour to Orlando area theme parks. Enjoy plenty of nearby dinning options such as Squid Lips, Lou’s Blues, Sun on the Beach etc. Nearby shopping includes Walmart, Winn Dixie, Marshall and Publix. Guest access Guest will have complete access to the townhouse and the private patio.
