Anchors Aweigh! Welcome to this beautiful condo in a gated community in Shangri La on Monkey Island on Grand Lake. You will be sure to find all the comforts of home for the whole family. Soak up the sun at the community pool or take a quick golf cart ride (available to rent!) to The Anchor where the kids can run wild. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need including a full-size refrigerator with freezer, toaster oven, microwave, glass top stove and oven, silverware, glasses, as well s a French press and drip coffee. The large living room with a comfy reclining sectional gives you room to play games or cozy up for movie night, and a private patio to grill and enjoy the beautiful outdoors and a partial view of the lake. Located conveniently in Shangri-La, explore the gated community’s 7-mile golf cart trail, hit the links at the Shangri-La Golf Course, let the kids run free in the arcade at The Anchor, or take a boat out on Grand Lake! Soak up some sun at the community pool (seasonal) and enjoy this home away from home! GOLF CART We have a golf cart, Birdie, available to rent during your stay at the condo! The rental fee is $50 a day. PETS Service animals are welcome. There is Grove Small Animal Clinic for boarding options if you need a suggestion! EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in and late check-out must be considered on a case-by-case basis and are usually approved when possible. You must obtain written approval from us approving either early check-in or late check-out. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If there is excessive noise or disturbances to our neighbors during these hours, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay with no refund. PARKING You will have 1 parking space directly in front of the condo for your use. Any additional parking needs can be met by utilizing the parking around the community perimeter. Small trailers and boats cannot be parked overnight in the community. The Grand Lake Regional Airport is just a 5-minute drive from the condo. You can park your boat/trailer/wave runners here for $10/day or rent a slip for $40/day (Slips go to 60ft). LIABILITY This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premise. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the condo community including the outdoor pool (seasonal), a 7-mile golf cart trail connected to restaurants & bars, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, coin laundry, a gated community, and a day dock. You will have access to all of the amenities within Shangri-La Resort except for The Summit Club (open to non-members on Sunday's) and the Resort Pool, which you need to be a member to use. You will need to pay fees where applicable. Other things to note Stairs are required to access the upstairs loft.
