The villa gets its name from the owners family names, but it really is in Aonang (not in Koh Lanta). Nestled in the heart of Krabi's natural splendor, our exquisite 8-bedroom traditional Thai villa invites you to escape the ordinary and indulge in the extraordinary. Discover a haven of comfort, elegance, and serenity, where modern amenities harmoniously blend with age-old Thai charm. Sun or rain, this villas has lots of places to relax in style. In a perfectly private and quiet location at the end of a small no-through road at the edge of the National Park, Andaman Lanta House is perfectly located between the upscale resorts and restaurants in klong Muang and Tup Kaek and the busier vibrant entertainment centre of Aonang. Enter through the gates into the courtyard and driveway to find the villa set in tropical gardens planted with all varieties of palms, trees and flowering bushes. A roofed parking area is ample space for 3 large cars. The indoor downstairs living space is opulent and luxurious with a large comfortable sofa and chairs and huge flat screen smart tv. We have dining tables inside and outside, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bar area for those evenings in or a poolside smoothie. Hi speed wifi is throughout the villa and the smart tv's have access to NetFlix. Like everything in this house, the pool is amazing. It’s tiled in subtle greens and uses a salt water filtration system to keep the water sparkling clean at all times. The pool is 1.5m at the deep end going to 0.8m at the shallow end. A large shallow area with water jets and a waterfall really add to the fun. Around the pool and house are generous patio areas for sunbathing. THE BEDROOMS What makes the house magical is the traditional Thai design that makes it perfect to explore. 🌱There are 6 bedrooms each with a king sized bed and one bedroom with bunkbeds perfect for young kids. The 8th bedroom is a bit basic but has a king sized bed and its own bathroom. We can also add an extra 6 single mattresses in any room for an additional 6 guests. The total number of guests who can be comfortably accommodated is 22 plus 2 toddlers or infants. There are 2 baby cots with bed lined provided. 🌱Extra mattresses can be added, totaling 6 mattresses, priced at 1,900 baht per 1 mattress per 1 night. We also also have a recreation room with a good pool table, a fitness area with treadmill, exercise bike (and a sofa to collapse on after). This room also has a comfy sofa and is air conditioned. Throughout the villa there are lots of individual seating areas to find a bit of peace and quiet as well as large communal seating areas to get together with all the family and friends. Tea and instant coffee are provided. We will also prepare some refreshing seasonal fruit for you when you arrive as a welcoming gift. We can also offer a full range of tours and activities, private boats out to the amazing Islands, inland trips to temples, markets and the sights. Kayaking trips in the mangroves, ATV and white water rafting, rock climbing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities on offer. Feel free to ask about anything. We provide a cleaning service with towel and bed linen change every 3rd day. A daily cleaning service can be arranged for an additional cost. The pool is crystal clear and is cleaned 2 times a week Please feel free to ask any questions. Guest access Guests have private access to all parts of the villa and grounds. Other things to note 🌱Electricity is included up to 150kw/h per day. This is plenty for the normal running of of the villa plus 8 hours of aircon in each of the bedrooms. (additional units of electricity are charged at the standard government rate).
