Industrial-style apartment

Volume and space for this 70 m2 apartment consisting of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and equipped kitchen. The industrial decor with many renovated antique elements brings a cozy atmosphere. Easy access to the highway and the departmental road that connects Saint Etienne to Lyon. Your environment will however be quiet at the foot of nature. I personally take care of managing my guests and I have taken care of the details to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The space access to the jacuzzi is in addition to the night. Guest access depending on your arrival time and my constraints, I will adapt the access to the apartment. I prefer to hand over keys in person, but if that's not possible, I have a secure key box. Other things to note Towels are available for an additional fee, or guests can bring their own. For the 3rd or 4th person, there is an additional charge for bed linens and towels, or guests may bring their own. In case: - Unauthorized party in the apartment a compensation of 100 euros will be requested - Sheets, duvet cover, stained towels a compensation of 50 euros per room will be requested - Vaping or smoking inside a fee of 100 euros for the complete cleaning of pillows, curtains, carpets. - In case of breakage of objects, damaged furniture a flat fee of €100 will be applied - In case of deterioration of the walls, paint, kitchen a quote will be made and the amount paid by the guest. The immobilization of the apartment during the work will also be the responsibility of the latter.
