Lovely guest room in homely flat

A super homely property in Homerton (Hackney) situated in a classic 1930s apartment block, light and airy, double bedroom on the first floor of a 6-story flat. Fantastic location, very close to the ever-popular Chatsworth Road with its fine array of bars, shops and restaurants, a quarter of a mile of Victoria Park opening up its wonderful green recreational space and excellent transport links taking only 30 mins to central London. Less than 5 mins walk to Homerton Overground station. The space The whole flat was recently renovated at the start of this year so has a fresh, clean and homely feel. The room has a super comfy memory foam double mattress, a set of drawers, a clothes rack and a side table. Maximum of 2 people in the room. You’re more than welcome to make use of the shared living/dining area which has a TV, couch and dining table where you’re welcome to also work from. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, an electric oven/stove, microwave, airfyer, kettle and all utensils if you choose to not explore the local eateries and eat in. The bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet. Included during your stay: Linen (bedsheets, duvet and towels), toiletries (handwash, shampoo, conditioner and soap), tea, coffee and oat milk. A bit about me (your host): I have been living in flatshares for the past decade and have finally got my own place. My flat has more than enough space to be shared so I am opening my home up to guests. I work Monday to Thursday from the office so I’ll be in during the evenings and will be in and out over the weekends. I'm super chilled and maintain good vibes in the flat but strictly no parties and additional guests/visitors! Respectful guests only as it’s my actual home and not just a rental property. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house (except my room of course) and are welcome to share the kitchen and lounge/living room. During your stay More than happy to give suggestions for the area as I have lived in Hackney for a very long time. Also, I’ll give tips or suggestions for your stay in London in general. I’ll always go out of my way to ensure you have the very best stay in East London. I’ll give you my number so you can contact me whenever needed - even if it’s for a simple but important restaurant suggestion. Other things to note The flat is just off Homerton High Street, is 0.5 miles from the Homerton Hospital and is situation in a 6 story building. The double glazed windows work a treat but just want to point out that the flat is off a busy street. I personally love the hustle and bustle.
