Walking distance to a wide range of restaurants & shops, as the apartment is centrally located in a quiet area close to Villa City on Söder. Only a 20-minute walk to the sea and swimming. 5 minutes to the scenic walking path Boulognen with water and beautiful green areas with vegetation. The space A large, bright, creatively decorated turn-of-the-century apartment, in a quiet central area close to the train station, bus connections, Furuvik, sea, water, swimming area, park, restaurants & shops. Guest access Access to the entire apartment, with balcony & shared patio in the courtyard. Shared laundry room in the basement. Other things to note There is a possibility to book a nice dinner evening dinner in my summer cottage with a fantastic garden 2 km from the accommodation. Where I cook good food, including quiet music, wine, dessert & coffee for a reasonable amount. The offer is only possible to book in the summer during the period June 1 - August 30.
