Great house for two families in popular Summer Place. Close to the beach (1 minute walk) and a fun walk to the pier. Great floor plan with an outside shower, grill, and picnic table. Kitchen renovated in 2025. The space Open floor plan with downstairs half bath. The two upstairs bedrooms have king size beds with their own separate bathrooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms has two queen size beds and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Guest access The shed is not accessible to renters.
