Lastly, there is a terrace with a view where there is an external camera that only monitors access by unregistered guests, which is a violation of Italian law called trespassing, and the host cannot be charged with aiding and abetting trespassing. The camera is present but will not be used at all if guests are inside the apartment. Other things to note There might be some murmuring from people during peak hours, approximately from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00.
