For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ POOL AREA SAFETY ★ The pool area is perfect for children to play in. However, please supervise them at all times. ★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. Thank you very much for your understanding. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements. Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
