Kiwi Lake House-Sleeps 19+2

As a New Zealand/Utah family we love being near the water, and being together at Bear Lake is our happy place. We designed this stylish modern home to fit the needs of our family and we hope it will work for you too. It’s our comfort place to kick back and relax... where memories are made sitting on the deck surrounded by those we love, watching the kids below playing volleyball, or our family favorite, badmin in the round. Home is wherever we are together. Feel at home at the Kiwi Lake House! The space The Kiwi Lake house is designed for modern comfort and relaxation. We love to cook... a lot! Especially in the summertime you will find us on the 50ft deck dining alfresco, enjoying a meal hot off the bbq grill or Blackstone grill! The views are magic! There are lots of windows facing the lake... even the basement with its 10ft ceilings has awesome viewing! We don’t encourage TV watching at the lake but if you must pull away to catch your favorite show there is a big screen upstairs in the main room as well as a media room downstairs. Also on the lower level is the game room for ping pong and other activities to enjoy. Cousins love to be together in the built in bunk room. Corn hole Fire pit with hotdog sticks 2 kayaks available for your use. Please note that there is an unfenced irrigation canal at the back of our property. Other things to note Relax in the hot tub or practice your game on the newly added putting green. If winter’s your thing, Beaver Creek Lodge is a snowmobiler’s paradise at only 12 miles up the canyon and less than 20 mins is Utah’s best kept secret, Beaver Mountain ski lodge. Discount lift passes available for our guests upon request! We have family come from New Zealand and Australia regularly to “ski the Beav”. Also in the summer Beaver Creek has an awesome horse riding excursion for the whole family. We highly recommend it from personal experience!
