PLEASE NOTE- Guest will have 24 hours to sign the rental, golf cart & bike agreements and send a valid government photo ID copy. It is required (like any golf cart rental) that you provide your credit card info. And to also abide with all house rules. Any check-in instructions will NOT be provided unless all rental, bike and golf cart agreements and photo ID are approved. GUEST MUST BE 25 YEARS & OLDER TO RENT THE CONDO & DRIVE THE GOLF CART. No smoking allowed No more than 10 guests Only 2 parking spots NO PETS ALLOWED (due to allergies) Everyone must wear a bike helmet riding bikes & scooters. Guest access I will send you a door code for entry day of at 4:00 pm at check in time. Other things to note Pls note Garbage- Beginning April 2025, we have implemented a garbage collection service. The company will enter the garage to pull the bins out on Mondays and Thursdays, and will return them after pickup on Sundays and Thursdays. If you would prefer to handle the garbage yourself instead, please let me know, and I will be happy to make the necessary arrangements. The workout room is under construction until further notice. Child Safety Reminder: • Infants must be secured in a properly installed car seat at all times, including in golf carts. • Children ages 3 and up are required to wear a seat belt while riding. There is also garage camera (ring facing the street only) and a doorbell ring camera. They are soley for theft and your protection only. We don’t monitor them. Thank you
