Situated lakeside on the pristine Sturgeon Pool, flowing between both the Rondout Creek and the Wallkill River. You'll enjoy swimming off our lake docks or in our in-ground heated pool, kayaking, cooking for your friends and family at the gas grill or in our beautifully designed and fully stocked chef's kitchen. Four comfortable bedrooms, 3 full baths, everything has been fully updated to offer you every convenience possible. Two first floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and each have a queen size bed and lake views. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen size bed. The bathroom on the second floor is truly heavenly with a soaking tub and an open-air shower. Our third floor is perfect for those who seek serenity and privacy, with comfy couches, games, yoga equipment, a Peloton bike(remember your shoes and Peloton account info!), desk/office space and an inviting place for your morning coffee with a view of our lake. In this attic space, we provide a queen air bed which sleeps two comfortably. And spend your days(and nights!) on our screened porch which offers a unique and locally crafted full size swing bed, this bed can sleep one adult, weather permitting. There is truly something here for everyone...comfort, style, privacy, many outdoor spaces for leisure or activities. We have a wood stove for cozy winters and ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout our home for absolute comfort during the summer months. Super fast Wi-Fi throughout the house and streaming services are provided on all 5 televisions. Come enjoy the peaceful pace of Hudson Valley living, we promise, you'll love it as much as we do! And for our adventurous guests, check out the Historic Kingston Rondout Waterfront District…it’s buzzing with recreational boaters as well as stately tall ships that visit our port from all over the world. Guests have full access to the house yet there are some areas the guests do not have access to: The basement door in the living room is locked. There are locked cabinets in the upstairs laundry room and there are locked attic storage closets. There are two outdoor sheds that are locked and are not for guest's use. Guest's check-in is flexible and a lock box is attached near the front door to the house. The code will be provided prior to your arrival. Please text Property Manager upon arrival to the property. She is available upon request and for any concerns at all throughout your stay. Angela's contact info is in the House Manual. We are situated between New Paltz and Kingston. And we are an easy drive to many area towns, which each have their own character. Whether you are into shopping for antiques, finding exquisite restaurants to dine in, exploring nature, hiking to yours heart's content....we have it all within a short drive. Don't miss visiting the waterfront of Kingston, the uptown historic district of Kingston, New Paltz, Woodstock, Saugerties, Rosendale, Rhinebeck, Hudson, just to name a few of the best areas not to miss! A car is necessary to get around in the Hudson Valley. Driving is easy and open roads are what we love about living here. We also have Uber, Lyft and Door Dash as options as well for added convenience. Our property offers access from the back yard to both the lake and the in-ground pool. There are no fences around these areas. If children or pets are in your group, supervision is necessary at all times!! CHILDREN MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES! There are no lifeguards on duty and swimming is done at your own risk.
