It is fully renovated and is situated in a privileged location, next to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve - Praia da Dona Ana. You can park your car and get around on foot, from the city center to the stunning beaches and the characteristic cliffs of the coast The space The apartment, fully refurbished and equipped with modern, high-quality materials, is perfect for hosting groups of up to 8 people. The four bright and spacious bedrooms will ensure restful nights, with enough space to store all your luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed to prepare any meal and is large enough for you to cook together (oven, stove, toaster, Nespresso machine, among others). You can also find a washing machine, detergent capsules, an iron and an ironing board to take care of your clothes during your stay. The living room consists of a seating area with a large, comfortable sofa, a dining area where everyone can gather for large meals and socializing, and a reading area with a desk ideal for remote work and/or study. The common areas have direct access to the terrace through two large glass doors, making it an extension of the apartment's interior. There, you can relax on the chaise longue sofa or have a relaxed family breakfast at the large outdoor table. The birds start singing early in the morning and at the end of the day. Note that the terrace does not overlook the pool; it has a partial sea view that you can see in the photos. The terrace also has a full bathroom (in addition to two others inside the apartment), ideal for freshening up or cleaning off the sand when you come back from the beach, with enough space to store surfing/paddleboarding equipment. On the lawn, we have comfortable lounge chairs so you can relax, and if you want, we have enough space to hire a Jacuzzi service (contact us to find out more) Our apartment is located in a condominium with several buildings, next to Dona Ana Beach. Our apartment does not overlook the pool or the beach. It has a partial sea view that you can see in the photos. However, we are 3 minutes away from the pool and 5 minutes away from the beach. NOTE: In the summer, there is a carousel fair next to the condominium, so there may be loud music until midnight. We offer an intermediate cleaning with a change of linens for stays longer than 7 days. For stays shorter than 7 days, we offer extra cleaning for a fee. *Information about the Pool* The condominium has a swimming pool managed by an independent private company. As a courtesy, we offer free access cards to our guests. Please note that guests are responsible for their use of the pool and surrounding area. We believe that our apartment has everything to provide an excellent stay and create spectacular memories in Lagos, not only because of the amenities of the apartment itself, but also because of its prime location and the helpfulness of our team.
